We chose one of the easiest ways to incorporate Sumac into a dish:
Simply encrusting filet of wild Salmon with Sumac.(you can subtitle other fish as well, specifically tuna, Mahi Mahi)

Ingredients & Steps:
Simply cover a filet of salmon (or a fish of choice )with:
salt ,pepper and sumac to taste
Roast it, grill it or pan fry it for 7-10 minutes on both side untill reach desired temperature.
