Turmeric is great for stomach and aids in digestion. Turmeric is a powerful antiseptic and it helps in promoting intestinal health. It treats colitis as well as stomach ulcers.
Turmeric milk is excellent for body detox as it basically purifies the blood and the liver. The impurities in the blood can give rise to many health issues and turmeric milk will help you deal with this.
Consuming turmeric milk daily helps in inducing good sleep in the night. This is because turmeric milk contains amino acid as well as tryptophan that induce sleep.

Turmeric milk is great for skin. This is because turmeric has high antioxidant content and this helps to fight the free radicals that cause damage to the skin cells, which in turn makes the skin loose.

Turmeric happens to be a natural antiseptic as well as an antibacterial agent hence it is a great disinfectant. If you have a wound then all you need to do is sprinkle some turmeric powder on the wound, this will speed up the healing process. Having turmeric milk will help to heal the wound from inside too.
Having turmeric milk can also help in preventing prostate cancer. It stops the existing prostate cancer and damages the cancer cells.
