My love of food began at an early age, helping my mother cook and set the table. Growing up in a Sephardic family with Spanish, North African, and Middle Eastern roots, food was and still is a passion, and a way of life.
Fascinated by the vibrant colors, inviting scents, and the origins of spices, Yaniv became obsessed with the health benefits and anti-inflammatory properties of culinary herbs. Today, he joyfully travels to share these ancient secrets, teaching guests how to incorporate them into everyday dishes.
In addition to welcoming guests at his Miami restaurant, JAFFA, and winning Netflix's Best Leftovers Ever!, Yaniv serves as the VP and Culinary Director of the award-winning Shiraz Creative.
