Best Homemade Tumeric Beauty Facial Mask

Treat yourself at home to a great facial mask , harnessing the power of turmeric, to revive, fight blemishes, nourish, fight skin inflammation and provide moisture.

The perfect turmeric mask for men and women.

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoon of organic ground turmeric.

• 1 teaspoon of raw honey

• Juice for ¼ lemon.

• ¼ tea spoon organic ground clove

• Few spoons of milk as needed to bind it all together. Use regular, almond, or coconut milk.

Steps: 

1. Make sure paste is thick like mud so its stays on your face. Wear an old t-shirt or no shirt

2. Ideally do this 20 minutes before shower time, easier to wash off in the shower.

3. Spread the mixture on face and neck and let it dry about 20 mins.

4. Wash with lukewarm water and revel soft glowing skin.
