Cardamom Scented Sweet Potatoes and Carrot Medley
Another “Easy Breezy Lemon Squeezy” and super healthy recipe!
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes
Few carrots
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-2 tea spoons of ground Cardamom (can be substitute with nutmeg only if you can’t find Cardamom)

Few fresh sprigs of Thyme leaves (dry Thyme can work as well) Thyme health benefits
Steps:
Slice the potatoes and carrots to size of choice
Mix spices and olive oil till all vegetables are covered
Bake on 400 F for 20-40 minutes till soft.
