Grilled Wild Salmon On A Cedar Plank

Ingredients: 

  • Salmon

  • Grape seed oil

  • Preserved lemon

  • Dill

  • Nigella seed

Steps:

  1. Place a large filet of salmon in a mixing bowl

  2. Splash with grape seed oil (high smoking point)

  3. Chopped preserved lemon (my secret ingredient)

  4. Chopped dill

  5. Nigella seed ( known as black sesame but It is not sesame )

  6. Mix and cover the entire salmon and skin.

  7. Make sure you soaked you cedar plank for at least an hour in water (other wise it will burn on the grill)

  8. Place the cedar plank on the grill and place the salmon skin side down on the plank.

  9. Grill to your desired temperature and enjoy.
