Shana Tova. Spiced Apple- Honey Cake

Greetings everyone, Happy New Jewish Year! May this year will finally bring the world the peace we all wish for.

Here is a delicious, fragrant and full of health promoting spices Shana Tova recipe. Perfect for any festive occasion and your home will smell wonderful. 

 
Ingredients:

  • Brown Sugar– 3/4 cup

  • Organic honey – 2/3 cup

  • Agave syrup – 1/3 cup

  • Apple sauce – 1 cup

  • Oil – 1/2 cup

  • Water – 1 cup

  • All purpose flour – 2 1/2 cups

  • Baking powder – 2 1/2 teaspoons

  • Baking soda – 2/3 teaspoon

  • Balt – 1/2 teaspoon

  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon. Cinnamon health benefits

  • ½ Tea spoon Clove. Clove health benefits

  • ½ Tea spoon Cardamom. Cardamom health benefits

  • ½ Tea spoon dried Ginger. Ginger health benefits

  • ½ Cup dried apples

  • ½ Cup raisins


Steps:

  1. Pour all the ingredients except apples and raisins in a bowl

  2. Mix on medium speed for 3-5 minutes

  3. Mix in the dried apple and raisins

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes

  5. Fantastic with coconut milk vanilla ice cream
